Ingredients

  • 1 kg - mutton chops
  • 5 - Maggi chicken cubes
  • 6 - green chillies (paste)
  • 2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Frying:
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 2 - eggs (whisked)
  • Oil as required

How to Make Plain Mutton Chops

  • Wash the mutton chops, add all the ingredients except those for frying and mix well.
  • Marinate for about 30 mins.
  • Now transfer the mixture in a pressure cooker and add about 1.5 glasses water.
  • Pressure cook the chops for about 4 to 5 whistles.
  • When the chops are almost done, drain the water. Let them cool.
  • For frying, heat sufficient oil in a pan.
  • Take the chops, dip in whisked egg, then coat in bread crumbs and deep fry.
  • Serve with dahi mint chutney.
