Ingredients

  • Mutton - 1 kg
  • For Marinating Paste:
  • 2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp - dry coriander
  • 1 tbsp - ginger paste
  • 6 - cloves
  • 8 flakes - garlic
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 6 - small cardamoms
  • 1/2 inch stick - cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp - nutmeg powder
  • 1 piece - hing (small)
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - salt

How to Make Plain Mutton Curry

  • Marinate mutton pieces with the paste.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder and keep for 20 mins.
  • Fry in oil and cook for an hour in low heat.
  • Serve hot with rice or roti.
