Ingredients

  • 2 cup - sooji
  • 10-15 cashewnuts
  • 2 tbsps - ghee
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 10-12 - kismis
  • 4-5 - elaichis
  • 3/4 cup - sugar

How to Make Plain Rawa Laddu

  • Fry the sooji in a pan until it is half fried. Remove and keep aside.
  • Fry khaju and kismis in ghee.
  • Add all these to the sooji along with 1 cup of milk and sugar.
  • Mix well and shape laddus from it.
