  • Rice flour - 4 cups
  • Besan flour - 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Hing - a pinch
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Water - to knead
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Plain Ribbon Pakoda

  • Mix all the ingredients and knead to a soft dough. It should not be very stiff. but watery.
  • Don't pour too much water but watery enough to press in the pakoda maker "acchhu".
  • Deep fry in oil till golden and drain the excess oil.
  • Cool it and store in an airtight container.
