Ingredients

  • Onion - 1, chopped
  • Potatoes - 3, boiled and mashed
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies - 2, chopped
  • Lime juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Capsicums - 4
  • Cottage cheese - 100 gm, mashed
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Plain Stuffed Capsicum

  • Slice the head of the capsicums, de-seed and apply salt on the inside.
  • Take a bowl half-filled with water and boil the capsicums in it on high for 8 mins.
  • In another dish, take oil, green chillies, onions and cook on high for 3 mins.
  • Add the mashed potatoes, cheese, lime juice, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
  • Cook on high for 2 mins.
  • Fill the mixture into the capsicum cups, garnish with fresh coriander, cook on high for 6 mins and serve hot.
