How to Make Plain Stuffed Fish

  • Take the fish slabs. Place them on a cutting board and beat them smoothly.
  • Next, mix mustard paste, ginger, onion, salt and chillies.
  • Put the paste at one end of fish slab and fold it or roll it.
  • Then deep them in gram flour paste and fry them in low flame with a lid half open.
  • If fully covered, steam will form and water may splutter out.
  • Serve when done.
  • Best when eaten with basmati rice. Eat by mixing mustard paste with rice.
  • Add 2 tsp of mustard oil in mustard paste if you want it more pungent.
