  • 3 cups - poha
  • 1 cup sugar or (natural brown sugar)
  • 4 - badam
  • A small cup of raisin
  • Elachi powder
  • 1/2 cup - ghee

How to Make Poha ladoo

  • Heat a pan. Add 2 tsp ghee, fry badam and then raisins. Keep aside.
  • Add poha and fry on a low flame till it is golden brown. Allow to cool.
  • Powder poha and sugar in a mixer.
  • In a bowl, mix this powder, fried badam and raisins
  • Heat remaining ghee and add to the mix. Make balls.
