Ingredients

  • Puffed rice (jada poha) - 1 cup.
  • Gram flour (besan)- 2 tbsps.
  • green Chillies - 3-4.
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp.
  • Ginger - A small piece.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • oil to fry - 200 g.

How to Make Poha Vadai

  • Clean and wash the poha and drain all the water. Keep aside for 5 mins.
  • In the meantime, the cut green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves finely and mix with the poha.
  • Add salt and asafoetida powder and besan.
  • Mix well with light hands. Form vadas and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Can be eaten with any chutney or sauce.
