  • Spiral pasta- 1 cup
  • Pomegranate pearls- 4 tsp
  • Corn kernels- 4 tsp
  • Onion- 1
  • Mixed herbs- 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil- 2 tsp

How to Make Pomegranate Corn Pasta

  • In a pan, add water and boil. Add spiral pasta and cook till soft and done.
  • Strain and set aside for later use.
  • In a pan, add olive oil and chopped onion. Fry till translucent.
  • Add cooked pasta, salt, mixed herbs and oregano.
  • Lastly add corn kernels and pomegranate pearls.
  • Toss well and serve hot.
