  • 1 cup - fresh pomegranate.
  • 3 cups - yogurt/non-fat curds.
  • 2 tbsps - rock salt.
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish.
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper or garam masala.

How to Make Pomegranate Raita

  • Beat the chilled curd with a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Add the salt and pepper and stir.
  • Then add the pomegranate and swirl it around in the yogurt.
  • Place the mint leaves in the centre of the bowl for decoration.
