Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 - Medium sized potatoes, cut into thin strips.
  • 1 - Firm medium tomato, chopped.
  • 1 - Medium size onion, finely chopped.
  • 1/2 cup - cheese, grated.
  • oil for frying.
  • pepper powder.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Potato fries

  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry the potato strips until golden brown.
  • Once done, transfer it into a bowl and blot out excess oil with a tissue.
  • Add salt and pepper powder and mix well till they are all coated evenly.
  • Sprinkle a layer of chopped tomatoes, onion and grated cheese and mix well.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
