  • Potato - 1
  • Onion - 2
  • Channa Dal - 1 Cup
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • green Chilli - 2
  • Hing - 2 pinch
  • Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to Make Potato Masala Vada

  • Soak channa dal for 4 hours. Grind channa Dal, ginger, hing with salt in a mixer.
  • Grate potato and add it to the ground mixture.
  • The mixture should be thick.
  • Chop onion, green chilli and coriander leaves and add it to the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan and make a ball of the mixture and flat it a little bit and fry in oil.
