Ingredients

  • 2 - potatoes, boiled and mash well
  • 1 tbsp - paneer, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - amchur powder (dried mango powder)
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp - corn flour
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) - breadcrumbs
  • 200 ml - oil (to Deep Fried)

How to Make Potato Paneer Balls

  • In a wide bowl, mix all the ingredients together and make a soft dough.
  • Divide this dough into 5 parts and make round balls and roll it over breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan / kadai. Reduce heat to medium and Deep Fried the balls till golden and crisp on both the sides .Drain and place on kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup/green chutney.
