Ingredients

  • 5 - potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/8 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup - grated cheese

How to Make Potato Pie

  • Mix grated potatoes and beaten egg.
  • Add ginger paste, salt and pepper powder. Mix well.
  • Put the mixture in a baking bowl.
  • Put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C till melted cheese is golden brown (approx. 45-50 mins.)
  • Serve hot.
