  • 2 potatoes (cooked )
  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 3/4 cup - roasted rava
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup - yogurt
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Potato Rava Savoury Pancakes

  • Grind potatoes, rice flour with yogurt in a blender, now add the roasted rava, cumin seeds and chopped coriander leaves with enough water and keep aside for half an hour.
  • Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of pancake batter and drizzle few drops of oil and cook until the both sides get well cooked.
  • Serve hot with any side dish.
