Ingredients

  • Prawns - 100 gm
  • Onion - One, sliced
  • Tomato - One, sliced
  • Garlic - 10 cloves
  • Green chill - 5
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Prawn Chutney

  • Heat a cup of water in a pan. Add salt to taste.
  • Add cleaned, washed small prawns.
  • Add tomato, onion slices, green chills and mix.
  • Boil until the water dries up and cool.
  • Make a fine paste of the mixture in a grinder or mixie.
  • Mix chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice to the paste.
  • Check seasoning
  • Prawn Chutney is ready to be served with steamed rice, roti or paratha
