Ingredients

  • 450 g - mutton/lamb chops
  • 2 tsp - mustard seeds (roasted and powdered)
  • 1.5 tbsp - black pepper (roasted and powdered)
  • 1tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup - cut onion
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • salt to taste

How to Make Pressure cooked Mutton Chops

  • Grind all the items except mutton and oil.
  • Heat the oil in the pressure pan and add the mutton.
  • Stir for 3 mins and pour in the ground mixture.
  • Stir for 3 minutes, add a little water and cover.
  • Let it cook for 3 to 4 whistles or till the mutton is cooked.
