  • 1 cup - pudina (mint leaves).
  • 1 -onion.
  • 1 -ginger - little cut into pieces.
  • 2 -green chilli.
  • 1/2 tsp- pepper powder.
  • 2 - cashew nut.
  • 1 cup- rice basmati optional.
  • salt.
  • 1 tbsp -oil.
  • ghee.

How to Make Pudina rice

  • Cook rice separately.
  • In a pan add a little oil and fry chilli, onion, ginger and finely cut mint leaves.
  • Now add pepper powder, salt and fry it.
  • Fry the cashew nuts in a little ghee and mix the cooked rice with the pudina mixture.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with any raita.
