  • Pudina and coriander- 1 big bunch.
  • Curry leaves - 2 sprigs.
  • Coconut - 1/2 cup.
  • green chillies 3 - 4.
  • Ginger- a small piece.
  • Tamarind paste - 1 tsp.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Pudina Thuvial

  • Finely chop pudina, coriander and ginger.
  • Grind it in the mixer with all the other ingredients.
  • It goes well with idlis and dosas.
