  • 1 bunch - Spinach
  • 3 - Small Tomatoes
  • 3 - Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp - Tamarind Paste
  • 1.5 cups - Water
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - Oil

How to Make Pulipu Keerai

  • Pressure cook the Spinach and Tomatoes with Tamarind paste mixed in water for up to 2 whistles.
  • Take some oil and when it's hot, add the mustard seeds. When it splutters, add the urad dal and red chillies and fry till it turns light brown.
  • Now add the cooked items and allow it to boil in High flame for 7-10 minutes.
