Ingredients

  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1cup - rice flour
  • 50 gm - Groundnut
  • 1 cup - Bengal Gram
  • 1 cup - Horse Gram
  • 10 gm - Poppy seeds
  • 50 gm - Chana dal
  • 10 gm - Til
  • 250 gm - Jaggery

How to Make Pullangai Unde

  • Fry separately with a little ghee: Bengal gram, horse gram, groundnut, wheat flour and rice flour.
  • Grind Bengal gram, horse gram and groundnuts separately.
  • Put jaggery in a pan and add a little water till it dissolves and forms bubbles.
  • Then add all these powders, mix it well and make small balls.
  • Cool it for 10 minutes.
