  • 1 small - pumpkin
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 6 tsp - turmeric
  • 6 tsp - cardamom seeds
  • 30 ml - brown sugar
  • 1/4 - cup fresh chopped ginger
  • 30 ml - ghee

How to Make Pumpkin Delight

  • Cut the pumpkin into small cubes
  • Heat ghee in a heavy pot. Add ginger and fry briefly.
  • Add pumpkin, spices and sugar.
  • Cover and cook on medium till done.
