  • Boiled rice - 200 g
  • Raw rice - 200 g
  • Pumpkin - 2 small pieces
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Pumpkin Dosa

  • Soak both the boiled and raw rice for 4 hours.
  • Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Grind the pumpkin pieces.
  • Then add the soaked rice along with the pumpkin pieces and mix. Add salt to taste.
  • Heat a pan, pour some oil and cook on both sides. Serve.
