  • 1 cup - whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 cups - rolled oats
  • 1tsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • 1 cup - pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup - milk
  • 1 cup - sugar or honey
  • Mixed nuts
  • Mixed seeds

How to Make Pumpkin Oatmeal Bar

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet over a square baking pan.
  • Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, oats, mixed seeds and mixed nuts in a bowl. Add the oil gradually and turn mix into coarse crumbs.
  • Add the pumpkin puree, milk and mix well.
  • Press evenly into the lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes in middle rack until golden brown. Cool and cut into bars or small pieces.
  • Serve with a cup of coffee or milk.
