Ingredients

  • 3 cups - pumpkin (chopped)
  • 1 - onion (big & chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - rolled oats
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper powder
  • Water
  • Olive oil

How to Make Pumpkin Oats Soup

  • Heat olive oil. Saute the chopped onions until they turn translucent.
  • Add the chopped pumpkin, salt and pepper powder, saute for few minutes.
  • Add enough water and cook until the pumpkin gets cook well. Add the rolled oats now (add water if needed), cook for few seconds and remove from heat.
