  • 100 gm - pumpkin diced
  • 25 gm - onion chopped
  • 25 gm - celery chopped
  • 2 gm - spring onion chopped
  • 300 ml - vegetable stalk
  • 100 gm - pasta/macaroni
  • Olive oil as needed
  • Seasoning as needed

How to Make Pumpkin Pasta Soup

  • In a pan pour olive oil and saut1.5 chopped onions till translucent.
  • Add pumpkin, spring onion celery and stir well. Add vegetable stalkand seasoning.
  • Add pasta/macaroni in the soup while it is boiling.
  • Once done serve:
  • You can add a few chilly flakes for a tangy taste, this soup is loaded with an important anti-oxidant beta carotene which aids overall health.
