Ingredients

  • 1 cup- curd (little sour)
  • 1/2 bottle- fantail or Miranda
  • 10 tbsp- sugar
  • 1 tsp -lime juice
  • 1 cup- vanilla ice cream

How to Make Quencher

  • Blend curd and sugar for a little while.
  • Then add lime juice and fantail to it. Blend again.
  • Pour the drink in the glass and cover it with ice cream. Serve chilled.
