  • 1/2 cup - cheese mozzarella
  • Butter
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato

How to Make Quesadilla

  • Spread some butter on a pan and place a tortilla in it.
  • When it turns brown on one side, flip and cook the other.
  • It should be soft and not too crisp.
  • Put cheese on one half and fold it.
  • When the cheese starts melting, add the chopped onions and tomato.
  • Fold over and serve with salsa.
