  • 4 - boiled aloo
  • 4 tbsp - pudina chutney
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • Some curry leaves

How to Make Quick Aloo

  • Take a pan and put oil in it.
  • Take curry leaves and cumin seeds and add to the oil as it heats.
  • Add potatoes, salt lemon juice, and sugar in it mix it well and take away from flame.
  • Put pudina coriander chutney in it, and serve hot with roti or as a starters
