Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 2 tbsps - maida
  • 3 - slit green chillies
  • 1 - onions
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - haldi
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice

How to Make Quick and Easy Chicken

  • Wash chicken and marinate with salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and chilli powder.
  • Cut all the vegetables.
  • In a zip-lock bag, add maida and chicken. Shake them well so the pieces are evenly coated.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chicken and fry till deep golden brown.
  • Drain on kitchen towel.
  • To the same pan add curry leaves, slit chillies, onions, ginger garlic paste, tomato, masala powders and haldi|.
  • Add a little water and fry till oil separates.
  • Add the chicken pieces and a splash of hot water. Stir fry for 2 mins.
  • Serve hot.
