Ingredients

  • 1 kilo - green chilli
  • 1/2 cup - salt
  • 1/4 kilo - concentrated tamarind juice (for this, boil the tamarind in one cup of water and take the juice)
  • 4 tbsp - fenugreek powder
  • 4 tbsp - vinegar
  • 2 cups - gingili oil
  • 1/4 tsp - preservative
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard seeds

How to Make Quick and Easy Green Chilli Pickle

  • Wash the green chilli. Cut off its end. Cut it into long pieces.
  • Boil the tamarind in water. Take the juice of it in a vessel.
  • Boil gingili oil in a kadai.
  • Add mustard seeds to it.
  • Add the chillies and saute it well.
  • Turn off the gas and add the fenugreek powder, tamarind juice, salt, vinegar and preservative.
  • Keep it in dry glass bottles in a fridge.
