  • 1/2 kg - prawns.
  • 2 - onions, big (chopped).
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder.
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder.
  • salt to taste.
  • oil for frying.

How to Make Quick and Easy Prawn Fry

  • Clean the prawns.
  • Grind onions to a fine paste.
  • Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Marinate the prawns with this ground paste and keep it for about an hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these prawns until they are properly cooked.
  • Serve Hot.
