  • 1 cup - besan (gram flour)
  • 1 cup - ghee
  • 1 cup - milk powder
  • 1.5 cups - sugar

How to Make Quick Besan Burfi

  • Melt ghee and fry besan in it till a nice smell arises.
  • Transfer the mixture to another vessel and mix with milk powder.
  • Make thick sugar syrup
  • Drop the fried besan mixture in sugar syrup and stir till thick.
  • Transfer it to a greased plate.
  • Cut into diamond shaped pieces
  • Besan burfi is ready.
