Ingredients

  • 100 g - puffed rice (laiya)
  • 1 - finely chopped onion
  • 1 - finely chopped tomato
  • 2 - chopped green chillies
  • 1 - boiled potato
  • 1-2 tsp - vegetable oil for potato frying
  • Fine gram flour sev
  • Chat masala
  • Coriander chutney
  • Sweet chutney
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Amchur powder
  • Jeera for potatoes
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Quick Bhel Puri

  • Pre Preparation:
  • Boil potatoes and mash it.
  • Heat oil in pan and add jeera in it.
  • Fry it and then add boiled potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and amchur powder.
  • Mix it very well and keep it aside.
  • Finely chop onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • Preparation:
  • Take a large bowl and put puffed rice.
  • Add sev, chopped onion, tomatoes and green chillies.
  • Add green chutney and sweet chutney.
  • Mix it very well.
  • Add some chat masala and lemon juice.
  • Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
