  • Parle-G biscuit - 1 packet
  • Hide n Seek biscuit - 1 packet
  • Bournvita - 3 tbsp
  • Coffee - 1.5 tbsp
  • Malai - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Dry fruits - 2-3 tbsp
  • Eno - 1 sachet
  • Ghee/Butter- for greasing

How to Make Quick brownie recipe

  • Grind all the ingredients except ghee and dry fruits in the mixie.
  • Add dry fruits to the ground mixture.
  • Grease a microwave-safe bowl with ghee/butter.
  • Pour the mixture into the bowl.
  • Microwave for 5 minutes.
  • Place it in room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
  • Cut into required pieces.
