Ingredients

  • 750g - chicken
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 1 - onion
  • 2 - tomato
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 5-6 - ginger garlic
  • 10-12 - cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp - tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup - yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp - kasuri methi

How to Make Quick Butter Chicken

  • Grind all the ingredients well(except chicken).
  • In a pan, add butter and saute the ground ingredients.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook till done.
  • Add 1/2 cup cream, kasuri methi, and coriander leaves if required.
