Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sour curd
  • 1/4 cup - water
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - haldi
  • 1/2 tsp - jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 pinch - pepper powder
  • 1 pinch - amchoor powder
  • mustard seeds
  • For Tempering: 3 tsp - oil
  • 1 - red chilly
  • 1 pinch - asafoetida

How to Make Quick curd

  • Heat oil in a small vessel.
  • Add mustard, asafoetida and crushed red chilli. Remove from flame once mustard starts cracking. Cool it for 1 min.
  • Add curd, water and all the masala powder.
  • Mix well.
  • The dish is ready.
  • Can add cut pieces of cucumber for added taste if needed.
  • Ideal with spicy chapatti, spicy hot rice or even with plain rice or bread.
