  • Ginger - 200 gm
  • Green chillies - 10-15
  • Cumin seeds -2 tsp
  • Asafoetida ( Hing) - pinch
  • Fenugreek seeds -1 tsp
  • Oil -1.5 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Quick Green Chilli and Ginger Pickle

  • Clean and Grate ginger. Slit the Green Chillies and chop them finely.
  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Add asafoetida, Cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds and let it splutter.
  • Add the grated ginger and chopped Chillies
  • sautee it for at least 10 min.
  • Add Lemon juice and sautee it again for 10 to 15 min.
  • Finally add salt to taste.
  • Cool and store them in refrigerator in a airtight containers.
