Ingredients

  • Roasted groundnuts - 1 cup
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Onion - 1
  • Ginger - a small piece
  • Coriander leaves - a fistful
  • Tamarind juice - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Quick Groundnut Chutney

  • Heat oil in a skillet and add chillies, sliced onion, ginger and let it cool.
  • Mix the fried ingredients with roasted groundnuts, tamarind juice, salt, coriander leaves and grind it to form a paste.
  • If the paste is too thick, add little water and mix well.
  • Can be served with idli, dosa and chapatti.
