Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Red kashmiri chilli - 20 pieces
  • Dhania - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 pod
  • Ginger - 1 piece
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Coconut oil
  • Kari patta

How to Make Quick Kadai chicken

  • First cut and clean the chicken.
  • Make a fine paste of chillies, dhania, ginger and garlic.
  • Remove the excess water from the chicken and marinate it with this paste, salt and vinegar for 30 mins.
  • Cook this marinated chicken in a vessel.
  • When it is half cooked keep the vessel aside.
  • Take a wide kadai and pour some oil into it.
  • When it gets heated put the kari patta and add the chicken mixture to it.
  • Cook the chicken on a low flame till it becomes dry.
