Ingredients

  • Chicken (boneless) - 750 g
  • Curd (dahi) - 200 g
  • Methi (whole) - few
  • Crushed garlic - 4, big cloves
  • Sunflower Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Quick Methi Chicken

  • Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes, with crushed garlic, dahi and salt.
  • Heat oil, put methi and let it splutter.
  • Add two cloves of crushed garlic and saute for a minute.
  • Put the marinated chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
