  • 1 cup - grated beetroot
  • 1 tbsp - grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup - soaked peanuts or cashews
  • Jaggery to taste (else alternatively use salt)

How to Make Quick n Easy Beetroot Salad

  • Mix all above ingredients together to make a tasty salad.
  • It is very different from the usual salads.
  • If you are calorie conscious, avoid the nuts.
  • Instead add salt and chopped green chillies and temper with mustard, cumin and urad dal in 1/4 tsp oil.
