  • Eggs - 4
  • Tomatoes - 2 (big)
  • Onion - 1 (big)
  • Ginger- garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1.5 tsp
  • green chillies - 5
  • Cilantro leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • Oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves for tempering

How to Make Quick n Easy Egg Kurma

  • Take a pan, pour little oil and temper mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • To this, add chopped onions, chillies and fry till brown.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, salt and garam masala.
  • After the tomatoes are cooked, make some space for the eggs.
  • Break the eggs one by one, far apart, without breaking the yolk.
  • After some time turn it to the other side and make sure both the sides of the eggs are cooked.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with plain rice or chapatti.
