Ingredients

  • 50 - Limes
  • 100 gms - Dry red chillies without seeds
  • 3 pieces - Ginger
  • 3 pods (whole) - Garlic
  • 3 sticks - Cinnamon
  • 10 - Cloves
  • 1 cup - Vinegar
  • 250 gms - Plums
  • 1.5 tsp - Sugar
  • 3 tbsp - Salt or to taste.

How to Make Quick n Easy Lime Pickle

  • Cut the limes into pieces and remove all the seeds.
  • Grind the masala (red chillies, ginger, garlic, cinnamon ) in vinegar.
  • Add sugar and salt, and keep aside.
  • Add the masala to the lime pieces.
  • Mix well and keep on fire.
  • Add plums and vinegar to taste and boil for 15 minutes.
