  • 6 - Small brinjal
  • 4 - Red chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Channa dal
  • 1tbps - Urad dal
  • 1 tsp - Jeera seeds
  • 1tbps - Dhania seeds
  • 1 - medium Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

How to Make Quick n Easy Stuffed Brinjal

  • Fry red chillies, channa dal, urad dal, jeera and dhania seeds in small amount of oil. Keep aside.
  • Cut the onions in large pieces.
  • Grind all the above things with salt.
  • Cut the brinjals at the top in the shape of plus sign.
  • Stuff the above paste in to brinjal.
  • Heat the oil in a deep fry pan, put the stuffed brinjal in oil and fry well. Serve with white rice.
