  • Tuna chunk - 170 g
  • Potatoes - 2 (big)
  • Garlic - 5
  • Ginger -2
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Turmeric - a pinch
  • Bread crumbs
  • 2 - eggs, white removed

How to Make Quick n Easy Tuna Cutlet

  • Boil potatoes and then peel of the skin.
  • Mash the garlic and ginger into a paste.
  • Mix potatoes, ground ginger-garlic, salt and turmeric and keep aside
  • Take the tuna, drain excess water, mix it well with the potatoes and ginger-garlic mixture.
  • Beat the egg whites till stiff.
  • Make the mixture into balls or into any other shape, dip into egg white then on breadcrumbs.
  • Deep-fry in hot oil.
