  • Maggi noodles - 1 pack
  • Refined oil - 2 tsp
  • Medium tomato - 1, finely chopped
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Maggi masala - 1 tsp
  • Water - 2 cups

How to Make Quick Noodles

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add tomato, salt and stir it.
  • Cover the pan with a lid, and cook on low flame.
  • Open the lid after 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Mash the tomato. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala.
  • Stir it in high flame for a minute.
  • Now add water, maggi masala and noodles.
  • Cover the pan and cook on high flame. After 1 minute, cook in medium flame.
  • Stir the noodles and cook it for 3 minutes.
  • It is ready to be served
