  • Cooked rice - 1 cup
  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  • Carrot - 1
  • Cucumber - 1/2
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Fresh grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Quick Rice Roti

  • Warm cooked rice, so that is becomes easy to knead.
  • In a big plate, add rice flour and cooked rice and knead it well until soft.
  • Add salt and all the other ingredients, except oil, and mix it well.
  • Sprinkle some water if needed to make it soft.
  • Make small balls of it.
  • Make rotis on a greased plastic sheet.
  • Cook this on a tawa smeared with oil.
  • Serve.
