Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Saboodhana
  • 2 - Potatoes
  • 1 tsp - Finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup - Finely chopped onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Quick Saboodhana Vada

  • Soak the saboodhana in water and for 2 hours.
  • In the meanwhile boil and mash the potatoes.
  • Now mix all the other ingredients with the saboodhana and the potatoes.
  • Make thin vadas of the mixture and deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
