  • 1 lb - cut spinach
  • 1/4 tbsp - jeera
  • salt to taste
  • paprika or chilli powder as per taste
  • a pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 cup - besan powder

How to Make Quick Spinach Snack

  • Take a big bowl and to it add all the ingredients.
  • Take a small cup of water and slowly add a few drops of water ,thoroughly mixing the ingredients into a batter.
  • Fill the frying pan with oil and let the oil get moderately hot.
  • One can use a spoon to take the batter from the bowl and slowly put it in the oil.
  • The spinach batter balls deep fry to a beautiful golden brown color with a green shade of spinach.Remove them from oil and drain on paper towels to remove the excess oil.
